On Entry To The Show
Upon entry to the show you will be asked to show proof of double vaccination (if applicable). Your second vaccine must have taken place at least 14 days prior to the show.
If you have not yet been double vaccinated you can show proof of a negative lateral flow test taken on the same day you are visiting the show. You do not have to bring the test with you, a photo next to a proof of ID is acceptable, we will also accept an e-mail, text message or screenshot of a negative test confirmation from gov.uk or the NHS.
You can also show us proof of natural immunity based on a positive PCR test taken within 180 days of the show.
Lateral flow tests will be available on the day at a cost of £5 per test.
Unfortunately you may be refused entry to the exhibition if you fail to provide one of the above. No refunds will be given in this instance so please have your COVID status ready.
The venue has it’s own QR code track and trace that you scan upon entry.
During The Show
The show aisles have been made wider to allow people to socially distance better during their time at the show. We recommend a distance of 1m+.
Face coverings are not required throughout your time at the show but are welcomed, however this is your own personal choice.
The volume level on the main show floor has been reduced to ensure people can talk without having to raise their voices.
Hand sanisiter stations will be placed around the venue for you to use at your leisure. The venue will also be cleaned regularly and contact points sanitised.
